Since May of 2014, Melissa officially came on board as the owner of 

LRS Construction Services LP.

As a small family owned and operated fabrication shop, the customer has the added benefit of the knowledge base of two generations of natural gas pipeline welders and fabricators.  

We are also a little old fashioned in our areas of customer service.  Helping our clients meet the challenge of sensitive deadlines, and attention to detail unique to the energy sector we have built a reputation as a business that values each and every one of our clients.  

Vickie and Melissa have partnered together since 2005.  Bringing years of working in oilfield offices to our management team, that valuable experience into our metal fabrication company as our Vice President is immeasurable.  With her background as an office manager for natural gas pipeline companies, working with information sensitive companies and specific progress payment requirements is normal for her.
